    Step 1

    五花肉洗净,放入热水中煮约15分钟,取出切片。Wash the pork belly and place it in hot water. Boil for about 15 minutes, then remove and slice it.

    放入适量的油爆香椿烂香料至出油,放入五花肉片拌抄均匀。Heat a suitable amount of oil and sauté the spice paste ingredients until the oil separates. Add the sliced pork belly and stir-fry until well combined.

    Step 3

    加入调味料,焖煮至肉片够软即可。Add the seasonings and simmer until the pork slices are tender. Enjoy!
